djctl now supports two new sources designed for casual streamers.

The Spotify source integrates directly with the Spotify API to display your currently playing tracks, though it requires a Spotify Premium subscription.

For Mac users, the MediaRemote source offers a subscription-free alternative that reads track data directly from macOS media center. This allows you to capture track information from any media app, including Spotify Free and Apple Music.
